Making a web page without being a programmer or an expert in new technologies is very easy thanks to tools like WordPress.
WordPress is the most widely used free software content manager on the internet. Using a content manager to make a website is the best option since once wordpress is installed on your server, adding new content becomes as easy as writing in Word.
If your server has cPanel, installing WordPress is child's play.
If you don't have a server I recommend using:
Hostgator
Since it has a very low price, you can install all the websites you want, it is used by many people and it has cPanel.

If you already have a server with cPanel, you already have the most complicated part 😉
Now you just have to access your server and you will see a screen like the following
Among all the options there is one called “Fantastic de Luxe”, we click on it
Of all the options it provides us, we click on "wordpress"
On the next screen to New Installation and fill in the following data:
Installation directory: if we want it to be in the root, we leave it empty.
Administrator user: “LoQueQuerais” is usually admin
Password: «LaQueQuerais»
Administrator email: Your email
Name of the site: well that 😉
You click on "Install wordpress" and that's it
